Minimum order

Since the minimum quantity to order greeting cards is at least 2 pieces (they can be different), add  TWO GREETING CARDS TO the cart.

Quantity discounts:

> 5 greeting cards = 10% discount
> 15 greeting cards = 15% discount
> 30 greeting cards = 20% discount
